Wing Sauce

Thai Place Wing Sauce 

Serves 2


Ingredients:

  • Chicken Wings 4-6 oz
  • Self-rising flour 1 cup
  • Cornstarch 1 cup
  • Water 1-1/4 cup
  • Thai Place Wing Sauce 1 cup


Instructions:

  1. Combine flour, cornstarch, and water to form a batter
  2. Dip your wings into batter and coat thoroughly. Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown and crispy.
  3. Heat 1 cup of Thai Place Wing Sauce in a saucepan or skillet for 1-3 minutes until the sauce turns clear.
  4. Coat fried meat with Thai Place Wing Sauce and mix thoroughly. *You can also use pre-battered meat or vegetables and heat them in an airfryer, then coat with Thai Place Wing Sauce*
  5. Place on dish and serve.


*For additional spice, add any kind of hot sauce or crushed red pepper into sauce*
