Serves 2
Ingredients:
Cooking oil of your choice 1-2 oz
Large shrimp, peeled and deveined 3-4 oz
Sliced chicken breast 3-4 oz
Minced garlic 1 clove
Mixed vegetables 14-16 oz
Thai Place Stir Fry Cooking Sauce 2-3 tbsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Cornstarch or Potato starch 1-2 tbsp
Water 2-4 tbsp
Instructions:
Dissolve the cornstarch in water and set aside.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the garlic until aromatic.
Add the chicken and shrimp and stir fry together until the meat is cooked through.
Add vegetable blend and ¼ cup of water and continue cooking for 4-5 minutes until tender.
Add Thai Place Stir Fry Cooking Sauce, cornstarch to slightly thicken, and sugar, then stir fry for 2-3 minutes more.
Place on dish and serve.
