Serves 2
Ingredients:
Cooking oil of your choice 1-2 oz
Minced garlic 1 tbsp
Shrimp or chicken Sliced 4-6 oz
Mixed vegetables 14- 16 oz (broccoli, carrots, zucchini, celery, or cauliflower)
Sliced white onion 2 oz
Thai Place Stir Fry Cooking Sauce 2-3 tbsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Cornstarch or Potato Starch 1-2 tbsp
Water 2-4 tbsp
Instructions:
Dissolve the cornstarch in water and set aside.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the oil. Sauté the garlic until aromatic and add shrimp or chicken until partially cooked through.
Add mixed vegetables and ¼ cup of water and stir fry until vegetables are tender.
Add Thai Place Stir Fry Cooking Sauce, cornstarch to slightly thicken, and sugar, then stir fry for 2-3 minutes more.
Place on dish and serve.
